Returns and Refund Policy - Sparkles in the Wild
At Sparkles in the Wild, we want you to be delighted with your purchase. However, if there’s an issue or you need to make a return, please review our policy on refunds, returns, and cancellations below.
Eligibility for Refunds
We offer refunds under the following conditions:
- Damaged or Defective Items: If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 14 days of delivery at sparklesinthewild@gmail.com. We’ll either refund your purchase or send a replacement.
- Apparel Orders (Print-on-Demand): As our apparel is custom-made via print-on-demand, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds unless the item is defective or there is a printing error.
- Incorrect or Missing Items: If we’ve made an error with your order (e.g., wrong item or quantity), notify us within 14 days of delivery. We will correct the issue by either offering a refund or sending the correct items.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged or defective:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Digital downloads
Returns Policy
If you’re unsatisfied with your purchase and it doesn’t fall under the non-returnable category, we are happy to accept returns under the following conditions:
- Contact for Returns: Please contact us at sparklesinthewild@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery to initiate a return. Items must be dispatched back to us within 14 days of delivery.
- Conditions of Return: Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. Items must be returned in their original condition. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Refund Process
- Contact Us: To start a refund, email us at sparklesinthewild@gmail.com with your order number and the details of the issue. We may request photos of damaged or defective items.
- Return Items: If a return is needed, we will provide instructions on how to send the item back. Please use a trackable shipping method, as buyers are responsible for the cost of return postage.
- Refund Approval: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the refund approval. If approved, we will issue the refund to your original payment method, which may take 5-10 business days to appear in your account.
Cancellations
We accept cancellations if:
- The order hasn’t been processed or the print-on-demand item hasn’t entered production.
If you wish to cancel an order, contact us immediately at sparklesinthewild@gmail.com. Once the order is in production or shipped, we cannot process cancellations.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:
- Change of mind on custom or print-on-demand apparel once production has begun.
- Items returned in a damaged or used condition (unless they arrived faulty).
- Requests made outside of the 7-day window after delivery.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund within the stated time:
- Check with your bank or credit card provider.
