Returns and Refund Policy - Sparkles in the Wild

At Sparkles in the Wild, we want you to be delighted with your purchase. However, if there’s an issue or you need to make a return, please review our policy on refunds, returns, shipping, and cancellations below.

Eligibility for Refunds

We offer refunds under the following conditions:

  • Damaged or Defective Items
    If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 14 days of delivery at hello@sparklesinthewild.com.
    We’ll either refund your purchase or send a replacement.
  • Apparel Orders (Print-on-Demand)
    As our apparel is custom-made via print-on-demand, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds unless the item is defective or there is a printing error.
  • Incorrect or Missing Items
    If we’ve made an error with your order (e.g., wrong item or quantity), notify us within 14 days of delivery. We will correct the issue by either offering a refund or sending the correct items.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged or defective:

  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Digital downloads

Returns Policy

If you’re unsatisfied with your purchase and it doesn’t fall under the non-returnable category, we are happy to accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Contact for Returns
    Please contact us at hello@sparklesinthewild.com within 14 days of delivery to initiate a return. Items must be dispatched back to us within 14 days of delivery.
  • Conditions of Return
    Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. Items must be returned in their original condition. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Customs, Import Fees & International Shipping

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or local fees depending on the destination country. These charges are not included in the order total (Except for USA orders) and are the sole responsibility of the customer.

  • If customs or import fees are not paid and the package is returned to us, a 20% handling and restocking fee will be deducted from the total order amount.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • If a package is lost due to unpaid customs or import fees, no refund will be issued.
  • If a product is damaged due to package return because of unpaid customs or import fees, 70% fee will be deducted from the total order amount.

By placing an order, the customer agrees to these terms.

Refund Process

  • Contact Us
    To start a refund, email us at hello@sparklesinthewild.com with your order number and details of the issue. We may request photos of damaged or defective items.
  • Return Items
    If a return is required, we will provide instructions on how to send the item back. Please use a trackable shipping method, as buyers are responsible for return postage costs.
  • Refund Approval
    Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the refund approval. If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method and may take 5-10 business days to appear in your account.

Cancellations

We accept cancellations only if:

  • The order hasn’t been processed, or
  • The print-on-demand item hasn’t entered production.

If you wish to cancel an order, contact us immediately at hello@sparklesinthewild.com. Once the order is in production or shipped, cancellations cannot be processed.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:

  • Change of mind on custom or print-on-demand apparel once production has begun.
  • Items returned in a damaged or used condition (unless they arrived faulty).
  • Requests made outside of the 14-day window after delivery.
  • Orders affected by unpaid customs or import fees resulting in return or loss of the package.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund within the stated timeframe:

  • Check with your bank or credit card provider.
  • If the refund is still missing, contact us at hello@sparklesinthewild.com for further assistance.
