Returns, Withdrawal & Refund Policy

We have a 14-day return and withdrawal policy.

This means that you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return or to exercise your legal right of withdrawal, where applicable.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as received: unused, unworn, with tags where applicable, and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you can also exercise your legal right of withdrawal by using our online withdrawal form here: https://account.sparklesinthewild.com.

If you use the online withdrawal form, we will send you an acknowledgment of receipt by email, including the content of your request and the date and time it was submitted.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return or exercising your right of withdrawal will not be accepted.

Return shipping costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, unless the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.

Once you have notified us of your decision to return or withdraw from your purchase, you must send the item back to us within 14 days.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item.

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us at hello@sparklesinthewild.com with your order number and photos of the item and packaging, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom or personalized products like merch (t-shirts, tote bags, beanies etc) and gift cards.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

For customers in the European Union, the legal right of withdrawal applies to sale, discounted, second-hand, or destocked items purchased online, unless a legal exception applies.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14-day cooling-off period

If your order is shipped to a consumer located in the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days, without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you, receive the item.

If your order contains several items delivered separately, the withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you receive the last item.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision before the end of the 14-day period.

Simply returning the item without notifying us first, or refusing delivery, is not sufficient to exercise your right of withdrawal.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return.

For customers exercising their legal right of withdrawal in the European Union, we will refund all eligible payments received from you, including the standard delivery costs, no later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision to withdraw.

However, we may withhold the refund until we have received the returned item(s) or until you have provided proof of return shipment, whichever occurs first.

Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless you expressly agree otherwise and provided that this does not result in any additional fees for you.

Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the buyer, unless the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item.

If the returned item has been handled beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and proper functioning, and this has resulted in a loss of value, a depreciation deduction of up to 10% of the item price may be applied, where permitted by applicable law.

Please note that your bank or payment provider may need additional time to process and post the refund.
